my film cameras. including 35mm film and instant film.
fuji instax mini 90 neo classic
the first instant camera i owned. makes me love instant photography. fuji instant film is smaller and cheaper than polaroid. and the color are more correct. if you want a fuji instax mini camera ,this is it.
fuji instax wide 210
this camera uses the film size is twice of fuji mini instant film. using 4 double-a batteries. the camera is way too big, not easy to carry.
polaroid onestep 636 closeup
a vintage polaroid camera, using 600-series film, and built in closeup lens and flash. after shooting about ten pack of films, the photos showed up all white. i don’t know the reason, and then i dare not to use this camera.
polaroid onestep 2
the first camera polaroid original make, it designed with the classic rainbow camera looking, and built flash and battery in it. since it’s an i-type camera, it doesn’t need batteries in the film packs. you can use the i-type film, little cheaper. it has one lens, closest focusing distance is about 60cm. onestep 2 is a rangefinder camera, what you see in the viewfinder won’t be what you get in the photograph because of parallax error, the more closer the more parallax you will get.
polaroid onestep plus
like onestep 2, but added closeup lens and bluetooth. you can connect to your phone, to use the double exposure, long exposure, timer, remote shutter, voice-activated shutter. the closeup lens is good for portrait, they say the closest focusing distance is 30cm, but i try, it will blur out at 30cm. but remember switch your lens before you shoot.
polaroid now
it’s the most easy to use polaroid camera. bluetooth has been removed, all you have do is press the red button. auto focus and accurate flash, make sure that your photo was right focused and exposed. “auto focus” in fact is “auto lens switching”, it helps you decide which lens is suitable. the focusing distance is 55cm-130cm and 60cm-∞. 55cm is not enough for a big head portraits. 55cm, i saw this figure on the manual and website. but i used a ruler to measure 56cm and took a photo which is blurred.
polaroid slr 690
this might be the answer of polaroids. same shape as sx-70 cameras, built in autofocus and flash bar. sonar based autofocus works fast, and focus closer than 30cm. it can use 600-series film, and you can customize it to take i-type film even sx-70 film. the autofocus and automatic flash exposure is great. because it is a slr camera, what you see in the viewfinder will be what you get in the photos.
canon autoboy tele quartz date
an automatic full frame camera with two focal lengths: 40mm f2.8 and 70mm f4.9. viewfinder will switch at the same time lens switches. autofocus and timestamp built-in. using a 2cr5 battery. my camera are not proper functioning, the battery is fine, but sometimes it doesn’t work.
and now this camera does not work at all, ruined my film.
